Jannah Explorers Liability Waiver

Jannah Circle Inc NFP (henceforth referred as JC) and Jannah Explorers (henceforth referred as JE; previously known as Mighty Little Muslims (MLM)) are committed to conducting its recreation programs and activities in a safe manner and holds the safety of participants in high regard. JC and JE continually strive to reduce such risks and insist that all participants follow safety rules and instructions that are designed to protect the participants' safety. However, participants and parents/guardians of minors registering for programs /activities. You are solely responsible for determining if you or your minor child/ward are physically fit and/or skilled for the JE activities. It is always advisable, especially if the participant in any way has suffered an illness, injury, or impairment to consult a physician before undertaking any physical activity. You're solely responsible for informing the JC and JE staff if your child has any allergies and provide instructions for the staff in case of emergency.


You will not attempt to record, electronically or otherwise, the audio or video of any class or sessions in part or full. You agree that all content from the JE program is the intellectual property of JC and JE, and it cannot be retaught, re-purposed, or utilised in personal, local, or online teaching platforms without the written consent of the Director of the program. You understand that failure to comply may result in the removal from the program. Jannah Circle Inc NFP and its team will be taking photos and videos of all those attending the Jannah Explorers, including your child. By signing up for this program, you are aware that you photo and your child's photo may be taken and used for internal newsletters and promotional purposes by Jannah Circle Inc. NPF.


Recreational activities are intended to challenge and engage the physical, mental, and emotional resources of each participant. Despite careful and proper preparation, instruction, medical advice, conditioning, and equipment, there is still a risk of serious injury when participating in any recreational activity. Understandably, not all hazards and dangers can be foreseen. Depending on the particular activity, parents must understand that certain risks, dangers, and injuries due to inclement weather, slip and falls, poor skill level or conditioning, carelessness, horseplay, unsportsmanlike conduct, premises defects, inadequate or defective equipment, inadequate supervision, instruction or officiating, and all other circumstances inherent to indoor and outdoor recreational activities exist. In this regard, it must be recognized that it is impossible for JC, JE, and its staff and volunteers to guarantee absolute safety.


Jannah Explorers is NOT a day-care centre. They cannot provide child care services. Parents and guardians have to stay on the premises. Parents and guardians are advised that Level 0 is done at 12:00pm and Levels 1-4 are done at 1:30pm. If, in the parent's determination, a child is not old enough to go to and from the Jannah Circle Community Center on his/her own, the parent/guardian is responsible for ensuring the child's arrival and departure. Jannah Circle Inc NFP, The Jannah Circle Community Center, and Jannah Explorers is not responsible for ensuring that any child stays on the premises. The staff or instructors are not liable for any Jannah Explorer attendee outside the Center facility before the student enters or after the student leaves the Center.


Please read this form carefully and be aware that in signing up and participating in JE, you will be expressly assuming the risk and legal liability and waiving and releasing all claims for injuries, damages, or loss which you or your minor child/ward may sustain as a result of participating in any and all activities connected with and associated with these programs. You recognize and acknowledge that there are certain risks of physical injury to participants in the JE program, and you voluntarily agree to assume the full risk of any and all injuries, damages, or loss, regardless of severity, that your minor child/ward or you may sustain as a result of JE participation. The parent/guardian shall be liable for any damages and injuries caused by their child to other persons and the parent agrees to hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Jannah Circle Inc NFP and Jannah Explorers and its staff and instructors. You further agree to waive and relinquish all claims you or your minor child/ward may have (or accrue to you or your minor child/ward) as a result of participating in these programs against JC and JE including its officials, admins, agents, volunteers, teachers, and employees.
